Yes, that was my mistake as perseverance has
already told me. I did complete the double stack after about
3 or 4 attempts at good registration. I got the impression that
high mag of the images will help in precise alignment. 
It appeared that I made some real gains on my North Am nebula    
shot and it is now posted on my site.
