I am curious about what the folks on the list think about a comparison
of your latest M2 and M15 shots as compared to mine, available on my
homepage. Mine do not show as much "burn in" of their cores, but of
course, mine are also taken for a less exposure time, coupled with being
taken through light pollution filters. Also, I developed my M15 TP
negative in HC-110, which I find is noticeably benefitial for reducing
core burn in for globulars on TP. Our scopes are comparable (yours a
14.5" f/5 Newt, mine a 16" f/4.7), and I am very glad to see that I am
getting as good a resolution as you, being that I shoot from a
metropolitan area of some 2 million people. Where did you shoot these
from? Those really dim galaxy shots of yours are impressive. I doubt
that I could capture such images from my site.
