sure..

1. Input levels set to around 45, 0.12, 255
2. contrast set to -31
3. saturation up to +57

despeckle
blur

removed 2 dust marks with rubber stamp..

these settings are rough(as I didnt write them down) and were applied to a
MUCH higher resoulution file than the one on the web, but that is about
it..
