I'm not about to get into a debate as to what should or should not
be call Art. To follow up on Robin's point and add to my own I
still feel that an astrophoto starts to take on Art qualities when
the degree of manipulation results in a final image far out of
proportion with what was on the negative. It's your creative choice
to use the tools available to manipulate an image however you see fit.
