[APML]: Typical OAG vs. Taurus Tracker III

Is there any point that can be made for not getting a Taurus Tracker III
for my C8 vs. getting a normal OAG, focusing aids, screens, magnifiers? It
seems that the APML archives show that not many people are using it.  So my
question is why aren't there many people using it, as it costs less than
all of the required equipment to guide, frame, and focus as separate items?
