There are several mail order houses happy to sell you all you need.
However, Seattle should be a large enough city to have a few good photo
stores that will carry darkroom equipment.
Before you take the plunge too deeply, I reccomend either joining
a local camera club or taking a small course (if one is available) in
developing and printing first. This may sound like a paradox, but
developing film is always simple but never easy. Try B&W first, then
move to colour. The exception perhaps are colour slides. Printing
colour pictures is a real art. You might find the way to go with colour
prints is to develop your won film, then take in the negatives for
selected prints.]
Good luckm, and one last bit of advice an instructor once gave me
- "no matter how badly you think you are developing your film, you are
still giving it better care than 90% of the commercial labs out there."
