I bang it on the countertop but maybe not hard enough. Frequently the
holes are irregularly shaped - probably not a bubble.

I'll put all these suggestions together and report the results at some point.

I tried to run another test last night in the backyard but seeing was
*terrible* - a 20 arcsecond or greater bouncing blob in the 130 EDT.
Now I know why I drive to mountain tops besides the dark skies. :-)
