only a small problem .. the Wratten ND filters are quite GREEN ... I can give
you the amount of CC filtering you'd have to add to make this into a nice
NEUTRAL filter .....


The LED testing is now semi workable ... as LEDs have evolved, the "blue" LEDs
have been getting bluer ... but they are a fairly diluted blue when compared to
the good ole 'RED' LEDs that we all know and love ... and .. argh ! .. the 'blue'
ones are still nice and expensive ....
