I gave Lumicon a call and they are selling this film hypered.

Now let's see....based on Tony's exposure times in the Astronomy
article using my 350-f/2.8 lens that means 3 minute exposures and with
the lens at 500-f/4 that's still only 6 minutes and of course two
exposures each.... man I can probably shoot most of nebulas in the
sky in one night and use the whole roll of film! In fact I might as
well go back to manual guiding...too much work to set up the ST-4. ;-)

Hey, when am I going sleep? 3 hour Tech Pan exposures are good
for something.

A whole roll of exposures ought to keep me busy with Photoshop
for a month!

Seriously, it ought to be fun to give this film a try.
