This sounds very neat, but after i installed it, i
tried opening it and it doesnt stay open.

I get a dos program screen for a fraction of a second
and it disaperes.

I tried dragging an image file into the icon also,
instead of clicking the icon and the same thing
happens.

I did an alt tab to see if it was running in the
background but it wasnt there.

Im at a loss as to what the problem could be
Im still running windows 98
