Do you mean all the astronomy magazines in the US?
I was just kidding. Didn't you notice the winking smiley? But there is an element of truth there.Certainly both S & T
and Astronomy, and even SkyNews here in Canada - a far more modest publication - have ran articles and in some cases cover headlines proclaiming that "Film is dead!" And we all know how many film pictures get run in S&T nowadays (which is to say, not many). That's been discussed to death here. This mailing list will, I believe, transition in time to one for both film users and DSLR users,  most of the latter having been old film users (I don't mean old in age nor old film, I mean having a lot of experience with film :-) . The number of OT posts with DSLR images from film and ex-film users is increasing almost daily. I think that's a good thing, myself. The techniques and equipment are almost the same.
