Thanks Kent. I am aware of this problem, based on monitoring this newsgroup. I was planning to use the film un-hypered for shooting the moon in my C14. Last weekend I took some promising E200 shots of the first quarter moon using my Pentax 6x7 at the Cassegrain focus of the C14. I only wished to have a really nice fine-grain B&W film, rather than color slide film. I figured I'd make a last-ditch effort to score some Tech Pan, a film I've used a lot in the distant past for some amazingly sharp terrestrial photography. This Saturday I plan to shoot the full moon using TMAX, but am hoping that after that I can try some Tech Pan shots. If nobody has any, I'll settle for TMAX, but it's worth a try!
