RE: [APML] OT: SH2-101
John,
Sh2-101 is part of a region often referred to as "the fish on a
platter". Don't ask me why... It includes Barnard 146, 147, Cygnus X-1,
Ngc6871 and a ton of other goodies. I have a Schmidt camera shot of the
field at http://www.astrofoto.ca/john/sh2-101.htm taken with tech pan. You
can find it at 19hr 59m 55s, +35d 21' 00. This should be a nice field for
some large format e200 and something like, say, an FSQ-106??? It is just a
few degrees SW of the Crescent in Cygnus.

Jim,
Nice shot but I'm having trouble finding it on my atlas. Just where is
this object. Maybe you can including the RA and Dec for not so familiar
objects.
