Great shot!  Do you know what caused the increase in noise?
Generally speaking, E200's grain is "negligible" in the medium
format realm.  Was it poor development that enlarged the grain in
the film?  Did you use a local or remote lab.  If remote, would you
be willing to share so I can avoid them?  I'm in the process of
finding a "mail order" lab since A&I has made too many costly
mistakes lately.
