These are a good start!
It looks like the focus could be improved on each of them. For solar
and lunar photography, you might want to try focusing with a Hartmann
mask since I don't think it's possible to focus with the LCD on the
Digital Rebel. They're easy to make and I found mine very helpful
when focusing on solar system objects through an SLR viewfinder.
Here's a brief explanation from Jerry Lodriguss' site. You can
certainly make a similar one for the front of your reflector:

As for your constellation shot, did you have your lens focussed at
infinity? How long was this one exposed for?
Anyway, do keep it up. These are the kind of problems every
astrophotographer encounters when they first get started, and
practice is the key!
