Hi Wei-Hao,

I'm really just guessing here, but Photoshop CS has a function that will 
make mosaics out of photos in a single folder.  It finds the common areas 
and aligns them. It might work for what you need. I haven't really used it, 
but you might give it a try on a couple of frames.
