[APML] Re: OT: IC59 and IC63 in Color

Rob,

IC59 is mostly blue and IC63 has more red. If you look at the POSS 
plates you can see this. Robert's photo was taken with our standard TP 
tricolor process. It's not lacking in red. I dug up an old PPF image of 
this area and it looks the same although it recorded less overall.
