I've been using HC-110 Dil-B for some time.  The reason is that scanning the
negatives does not require the high contrast of D-19 the way wet printing
did.  Not everyone agrees with me but the majority of TP on my web page is
done in HC-110.

You should experiment with it and see what you think.  Be sure to be careful
when mixing it as the instructions are for a stock solution not a working
solution.
