[APML] Apologies to those in the north-east

I apologize in advance to everyone with a 350km radius of Montreal for the 
crappy skies which we will have starting next wednesday night and continue for 
the next two or three months.
My Q sized cylinder of forming gas arrived today and the first rolls of film 
should come out of the chamber tuesday night.
