Nice shot, Chris!  I like this area.  When I got done processing my recent shot of this area, I spent quite some time just looking over it...so much interesting stuff going on here.  You've even got some dim blue nebulosity around two of the brighter stars in the chevron.  May be worthwhile to tweak up the contrast a little to bring some of that out just for kicks.

Hi all,

Another new schmidt camera shot on Supra, here is a field Ive wanted to
shoot for years, that huge chevron shaped dark nebula just south of M24.
The field includes that and many very faint clouds of nebulosity down to the
trifid:
