The mouse-over doesn't seem to be working for me.  Hmm, now that I see
your HTML, it looks like it's another IE vs the world thing.  

You might try something like this which seems to work with all
browsers I've tried (IE, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera).  All the stuff in
curly brackets is part of the template I use, just fill in the
blanks....
