Kevin,

Well ... Kodak is in for a surprise ... the competition is so far ahead
at this point that trying to mimic it's competitors will only make it an
"also ran" and cutting the dividend at a time when dividend income is
literally tax-free for the next few years, thanks to the leadership of the
confused monkey administration, is going to make the stock worthless...
who's running that show???

2002 Pay
      Daniel Carp, 54
      Chairman, CEO $ 7.63M
      Antonio Perez, 57
      Pres, COO N/A
      Robert Brust, 59
      CFO, Exec. VP $ 2.22M
      Michael Morley, 59
      Exec. VP $ 1.37M
      Gary Van Graafeiland, 56
      Sr. VP, Gen. Counsel N/A

Epson has run away with the photo-realistic, archival printing process
... HP does OK with the banner business ... maybe Kodak could concentrate on
making better and cheaper CCD chips? But to think it can become a major
player in industries

I think Sony dominates that biz. You can also go to TSMC, UMC or Chartered
and build your own with a wafer fab process available to anyone willing to
buy their wafers. They aren't the only foundries with a CCD or CMOS imager
process either. Look at what is going on in the Shanghai area.....
