RE: [APML] Spamcop
PacBell is one of the ISPs that, apparently, total ignores spam complaints.
I received essentially identical spams from the same PacBell-hosted IP
address for years until I implemented a script to 'discard before delivery'
for designated emails.
Blocking IP address ranges, thus taking out most email from China, Korea,
Brazil, and significant parts of the Netherlands, Russia, Bulgaria, France
and several USA ISPs just might have a beneficial impact.

Hi Richard--I hate spammers too, but did you note what Gene wrote in his
post?

Perhaps "blacklisting innocent domains" with resulting damage to their
business is not a good thing. Sort of goes against "innocent until
proven guilty" principles which used to be part of our national
heritage.
