I have found APML out of reach at times because of this blacklisting, but at
least SBC (Southwestern Bell) seems to be doing something to limit folks
from mass spamming from that domain (the one I link through) by limiting
people to 40 mass emails at once.  That makes a spammer have to work harder
to send thousands of little pieces of $#!^ per day, so hopefully its a
ripple in the flood.  Now if someone could just build a dam!
