Hi Gene--I can identify with this situation.
Last week I found ATT was bouncing my e-mail to my parents 
because Spamcop had blacklisted a Pac Bell DSL server thru which
my e-mail was being sent.

It all resolved on its own after about 3 days, but there was quite a
bit of irony in seeing ATT blacklist Pac Bell!!

Who needs viruses or spam to bring the internet to a standstill?!
