[APML] Spamcop

Unfortunately this message probably won't be read by those
that need it.

Spamcop has apparently become as evil as ORBIS in terms of 
blacklisting innocent domains and then refusing to delist
them since their lists are for reference only and are known
to have errors and therefor it is the ISPs' that are using
the lists fault if they rely on this information.

The vile source of all that is evil in the internet today
known as "APML" has become blacklisted.  Unfortunately the
only known solution is to harass your ISP to remove the 
blacklist.  It can be done, but apparently you have to 
persist to get past the helpless desk.
