     Go to Norton (Symantec.com) and perform a Search on 'Bargin.exe'.
http://www.symantec.com/search/  Here's what I found.
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.bargainbuddy.html

     Norton finds "Bargin.exe" as 'Adaware.BarginBuddy' and provides removal
instructions.  Also perform a Search on "Blaster', 799 hits are displayed
including Removal Tools.  Hope this will help you with what is plauging your
system...joe  :)
