Look for a gas supply place. I bought nitrogen at a place in Hayward on 
Industrial Blvd but I'll bet they had forming gas too. Certain cities 
around the bay have more industrial type businesses. In addition to 
Hayward, you're most likely to find gas suppliers in Oakland, San Jose, 
and South San Francisco. I wouldn't be overly concerned whether it's 8% 
or 10%.
