I've also done this, but I stored some in plastic "ziplock"-style
sandwich bags (the thin-walled kind).  I don't recommend that as the
D19 powder turned brown over the course of about 9 months, stored at
room temperature.

Chuck, did you use heavier weight bags?  I'm wondering if it was the
bags or the temperature that killed mine.
