Richard,
You will find a significant amount of information in the archives
regarding tech pan. 
The basics are either HC110 or D19, 68 degrees F for around 8 minutes.

BTW, very nice Dumbbell you posted on the APGTO list.

what is the consensus around here about how to develop tech pan 2415?
 
I am guessing nearly everyone does their own, but which developer, what
temp and for how long for the develop etc?
