Re: [APML] OT: Mars Webcam Pics

Better than what I was able to achieve at 47 degrees. :)

Too much pollution in the air and warm weather caused very turbulant skies when I tried webcam imaging.  Mars was very jittery in the frame and constantly was in focus and out.

Subject: [APML] OT: Mars Webcam Pics

Hello All

For the brave amongst you, I have just finished processing 4 Mars images
from the last month. You can see them here:

http://www.astropics.co.uk/solar%20system.htm

Bear in mind they were imaged from 52 deg. North which means Mars only
achieves about 23 degrees altitude (and above my neighbour's roof!!)

Very interesting little project though, and enjoyable.
