[APML] poster frames

I'm looking for a source of poster frames; 20" x 16" for some of these 13" x
19" off-sized Epson 1270 prints. Wal-mart has a very acceptable one for $6
made by MCS industries. I'd like to find a source to get these or similar
ones in bulk (at a lower price <g>)  Do any of you know a source. I've done
some searching for MCS industries but they look like a wholesale distributor
from what I've seen so far.

Better yet; are there any poster frames (cheap) out there to fit the 13 x 19
prints?
