On the other hand somone recently out of college with a related degree that
is looking for work might jump at it.  $15/hour equates to $31280 per year.
Better than McDonalds or not working at all.  This salary is twice what I
made starting out in computer programming back in 1986.  It took me 7 years
of work to break the 32k barrier.
