[APML] OT: Anti Virus Software

Maybe you guys can help.

I recently updated my Norton Anti Virus subscription.  Hours after doing
this it stopped working correctly.  It now gives and Activex error message
and just sits there refreshing the status of my security features.  Norton
support has been less than useless trying to blame it all on MS IE.  I've
reinstalled IE and searched the MS database to no avail.

Has anyone seen this problem?  If not what does everyone think of McAfee?

Frustrated with incompetent support staff.  Even worse, I'm an ex Technical
Support Director so it's really got me mad.
