RE: [APML] Question for APML guys who attended OSP

Hi Alan,

I am curious what type of film you used. A couple of years ago I exposed a
couple of M31 shots for 90 minutes at F6 on LE400, the shots came out pink.
I am not sure if it was a bad roll of film.

Subject: [APML] Question for APML guys who attended OSP

Hey All,

I just picked up my film and noticed two things:

1. The GM-8 and ST-4 did an awesome job.

2. The longer exposures of M31 (135, and 115 minutes) turned pinkish
red. Two possibilities that I can think of; either I exposed too long
(480mm f/5.6), or the smoke that was ever-present caused the problem.

Have any of you developed your film and noticed the same thing?

Thanks,
Alan
