The VC200L primary is - as far as I can tell - pretty much fixed. There
might be a 1/4" of movement in the push/pull cell, but I don't want to find
out. :-) I am assuming that it is not meant to be moved. Your focuser looks
similar for back-focus. The focuser drawtube (62mm ID - BTW, or 2.4") sticks
out about 1.25" above the focuser body with a NEG and OM1. The lock knob on
the focuser is very positive, nothing sags or droops.
