Re: [APML] Possible Fake or Worse??

Hi Steve

I'm pleased to see that you are not all that offended, but I still think
that it's not an appropriate way of doing things. At first I wondered if it
was a joke, but, alas, it wasn't.

When I said that the 10D is more like film, I meant it felt that way at the
getting ready for/taking the exposure stage (save for the hour long exposure
and wating for developing). I have done imaging with a 237A, and the
processing end is similar to the 10D stuff, except that beating down the
noise and 'saving' the low signal is trickier.

I, too, have been using Registar and PS with the 10D stuff, but after doing
some research it seems that Images Plus may have more features for digital
camera images in place. Maxim DL is a GREAT program, but it seems to run
slow with my stuff...I don't know why....and IP does everything but the
final tweaking in PS for me.

Enjoy your learning curve with the 10D. I'm still slowly climbing mine, but
I have been having a ball! I'm looking forward to seeing more results of
your efforts.

I will email directly to you a shot or two I have taken. (I don't have a
website...yet)

Clear skies.....and low noise!

Derek
