Hi Paul,
I just tried it with Netscape 4.78 also, and had the same problem. After
waiting a few moments I tried again, and it worked OK, but was a bit slow.
I'm not sure what the problem is. A friend of mine just checked it at work
with Netscape on a Mac and encountered a problem with only my equipment
page.
Please try it again and let me know if it works. I'm curious to find out.
