Rob, Youve really extracted all of the outer nebulosity in this one. I can
appreciate the difficulty in bringing out the outer arms and maintaining the
inner brilliant core. This image encourages me to try an H alpha L channel
when I get my camera back from repair.

Hi all,
Here's a new image of M76 (little dumbbell). Its
an RRGB with 200 minutes of "red" filtered luminance.
The outer shock fronts are made visible by the long red
filtered luminance.
