I have had my Schmidt camera for 25 years now and have seen their value go
from the $795 I paid for it new from Celestron to the $3200 Kevin was
charging when he was still in business.  I agree with Kent's above assesment
for a good condition used instrument.  Remember, the other option is to
order a new 9-inch F/2 unit from Markus Ludes at about $5000.
