I haven't tried cutting and pasting as RGB in Photoshop. I just hit the
"combine" button in RegiStar and watch the show. As this is simply combining
3 B/W images to produce colour, I can't see why there would be a difference
between the two approaches. Once I combine in RegiStar, I usually finish off
with Photoshop with curves, levels, etc.

John when you combine your RGB TP shots, do you ever register them, then do
a cut and paste into the RGB channels in Photoshop? Or does Registar do a
better job of this for some reason?
