 Wow Frank...

     First one... eh? Colorful... to say the least! Focus and guiding seem 
OK... but, the color balance seems too blue/violet... just a little stong in 
that spectrum. I thought your blue background might be 'tricking' my eye... so 
I took a temporary liberty... and set it against a blackground. See it here :

     Same difference... see what I mean? I think the 'Rubber Stamp' tool in PS 
will cure the scratches... but it will take some careful work for a few minutes 
time. Why not work with the Curves, Saturation and Contrast a little too?
