[APML] STV Firmware 1.06 released

Matt has released version 1.06 of the STV firmware. This is the
second revised firmware for the STV. Version 1.04 was released July
2001. (Verion 1.05 was never released). This latest version adds
support for the CFW5C internal color filter wheel and makes several
improvements to the calibraiton and tracking routines.
