Correct me if I'm wrong, but could RF even penetrate a metal camera case/frame?  Shielded cable is used in cars to get the FM antenna outside the "Box".  Would this be a plastic SLR only deal?

BTW...I agree it is an interesting idea.  Hope they figure it out :)

Jeezum, this kind of vaporware product has been promised for about 5 years 
now, and it's never been produced.
