I'll second this motion!  IrfanView, or Iview as it is sometimes called, is
one of the most underated programs out there.  It is a powerful image
viewer, format converter, image resizing program, and does some rudimentary
image processing as well.  On top of that, it is freeware.  I use it as the
default image viewer on my PC.  It shows all formats beautifully while that
native image viewer built into Windows is a piece of pure garbage.  Get
IrfanView!  You will love it.
