I have changed the place where I get my scans
done. The last guys always seemed to give me crappy scans.
The new mob have decent place and did the
scans quickly. However, when I try to open the TIF files on my computer it keeps
telling me it is not a supported format. I tried to open it in other viewers
than PS and all say the same thing. I can get thumbnails on the preview but
that's all.
At first I thought it was a MAC TIF and asked them
if they did it as a MAC or PC. They claim it is a PC file. Funnily enough I can
get them to open in QuickTime which is a MAC derived program.
They told me if I have an older version of PS than
theirs it wont open. It is not a PSD, this is a TIF so I don't think that
argument holds much water either.
Any thoughts?
