Thank you Rob,

I use a cheap HP s20xi scanner, that cost me around $500 two or three years
ago. I *might* buy a newer/better scanner that should be less then $1k. In
the mean time I'm working out a couple of simple methods that should let me
start the exposures and go to bed...
