If cost is not an issue get a Losmandy ring.  It is a separate piece
from the base, but I don't know whether you can buy it that way.
Worse case is to buy the whole part and dismantle it.  "Creep" from
the Delrin tips shouldn't be an issue at your FO.

An economical option is wood base + felt top + Velcro strap.  Maybe
carve out the top of the base as a bottom cradle for the lens.
