RE: [APML] New M52



Hi John,

The Halo's are from both (the colour of course is from the film) but there
are halos around the bright stars on the CCD image as well. I would like to
try some tech pan images as well (only so much time though)

Nice one Steve,
    Combining Schmidt and CCD images is quite unique. Are the red halos from
the CCD or film? This is a really neat area to go deep with using a W92 and
tech pan. There are some really big faint emission nebula, and a few large
dark nebula. An interesting part of the sky with any focal length.
