Here in the Dayton area, we have a chain of camera stores, which also develop 
film.  I think they are just local to dayton, but I would imagine you have 
something similar in Arkansas.  

I always get my film developed and put onto a CD so that I can modify them and 
put them on a CD-R if I wish.  They told me that they can make prints from a 
CD, although I have not had them do this for me yet.  I also imagine that they 
develop film for 'Professional' photographers as well.  

At Wal-Mart, I would have tried the argument that if I were actually a pro, I 
certainly would not be taking my photos to Wal-Mart.

Anyway, I digress.  I suggest you contact your local camera shop.  If they do 
not develop film, they should certainly be able to tell you who will.
